As a Senior Product Engineer I at Docebo, you arent just writing code; you are the architect of a world-class SaaS platform that empowers millions to learn and grow. You’ll join a cross-functional team where your mission is to design and deploy solutions that push the boundaries of EdTech. We build modern, scalable, and resilient products. Our ecosystem is diverse, and we believe in leveraging the best tools for the job. In this role, your day-to-day will be mainly focused on Node.js development, and when needed supporting on Frontend development using Angular. Here is a snapshot of our technology stack:

• Core Backend: We power our services using PHP, Node.js (TypeScript), and Golang. We are also embracing Serverless architecture, leveraging it specifically for our newest modules and features to ensure maximum scalability and speed of innovation.

• Frontend Ecosystem: Angular is our main framework for web applications, though some of our cross-functional teams build components using React.

• Mobile Development: We deliver high-quality cross-platform mobile experiences powered entirely by React Native.

• Cloud & DevOps: Our entire infrastructure is fully cloud-native and hosted on AWS.

• Champion Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and beautifully documented code while participating in peer reviews to keep our standards sky-high.

• Crush Technical Debt: Proactively engage in refactoring efforts to boost system performance and ensure our codebase remains maintainable and modern.

• Solve Complex Puzzles: Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, identifying and resolving issues quickly to ensure our users always have a smooth experience.

• Experience: 4 + years of experience in full-stack development

• Technical Versatility: You bring proficiency in NodeJS. Any experience with other languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript, Golang is also valued but you are willing to work with NodeJS.

• Agile Expertise: You thrive in Scrum environments and possess a clear understanding of CI/CD processes and rapid delivery.

• Testing Mastery: You have a passion for automation and experience with testing frameworks to ensure high-velocity delivery.

• Proactive Problem Solver: You have a can-do mindset and the diagnostic skills needed to fix complex issues with speed and efficiency.

• Collaborative Spirit: You are a dedicated team player who communicates effectively and takes full accountability for your work.
