SharePoint Application Developer

We are seeking a SharePoint Application Developer to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Develop, migrate (usning ShareGate), configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, and other tools.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement SharePoint-based workflows and document management solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint features and best practices.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx, SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with complex site migrations using ShareGate
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
