Accountabilities

As a WordPress Developer (React.js/Next.js), you will contribute to the development and optimization of modern web applications while maintaining high standards for code quality, performance, and user experience. You will work closely with technical and creative teams to deliver scalable digital solutions and support the evolution toward modern front-end architectures.

• Develop and maintain modern front-end applications using React.js, Next.js, and Vite.js.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and highly polished interfaces.
• Create engaging user experiences with strong attention to layout, typography, spacing, animations, and interaction design.
• Implement advanced animations using GSAP or similar frameworks while maintaining strong performance standards.
• Optimize application performance, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and Core Web Vitals.
• Build clean, modular, scalable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
• Follow development guidelines, naming conventions, architecture principles, and deployment processes.
• Perform comprehensive self-quality checks covering browser compatibility, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver complete digital solutions.
• Support WordPress front-end customization and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) integrations when required.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining code quality and technical integrity.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented front-end engineer with strong React expertise and experience building production-ready applications. You should have a strong understanding of modern web development practices, performance optimization, and scalable code architecture, while being comfortable working independently in a structured engineering environment.

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Production experience with Next.js or Vite.js.
• Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with GSAP or other modern animation libraries.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Experience with Git-based workflows, including clean commits and structured pull requests.
• Ability to deliver production-quality solutions with strong self-review practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools effectively and responsibly.
• Familiarity with WordPress custom themes, ACF integrations, or headless CMS solutions is a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise, government-level, or large-scale projects is beneficial.
• Basic backend knowledge with Node.js or PHP is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is advantageous.
• Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to collaborate within a fast-paced team.
