• Build a reusable data pipeline and dashboard to collect and visualize post-test results from VNT validation programs (gas stand, endurance, and teardown data).

• Standardize data across all turbocharger frame sizes, harmonizing formats, units, and key parameters.

• Develop analytical methods to identify recurring wear and sticking patterns in VNT mechanisms.

• Correlate results with influencing factors such as materials, coatings, operating temperature, and actuation characteristics.

• Prepare visual reports summarizing probable root causes and support engineering reviews for future design and process improvements.

 

DESIRABLE BACKGROUND

• Student in the final year of Mechanical, Automotive, or Data Engineering (Master’s level preferred).

• Interest in turbomachinery, durability testing, or data analysis for mechanical systems.

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Python (pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn) or MATLAB for test result evaluation.

• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or data-visualization tools is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in written and spoken English (technical level).

•  Duration: minimum 6 months.
