What you will do:
- Architect, refine, and deploy high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs that power consumer financial products globally.
- Build and scale complex software solutions tailored for high-concurrency production environments and fintech regulations.
- Design and implement scalable backend systems to support millions of active users.
- Manage partner API traffic and technical integrations for insurance and commission-based pipelines.
- Refine system performance through deep platform instrumentation and advanced telemetry monitoring.
- Maintain elite quality standards through automated CI/CD validation, comprehensive testing, and rigorous code reviews.
- Partner closely with cross-functional product managers and designers to execute rapid feature delivery and align technical solutions with global business objectives.

Experience you need:
- Backend Mastery: Deep expertise and mastery of Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem within microservices and cloud-native environments.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 to 6 years of deep, high-velocity product engineering experience, specifically building high-concurrency software.
- Architectural Reasoning: Proven ability to justify technical trade-offs regarding database selections and architecture design.
- Education: A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable or Tier 1 institution.

Nice to have / Bonus:
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin and modern Java versions (JDK 11 to 21).
- Expertise in Spring Boot 3.X, Kafka event-driven pipelines, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience with cloud-native AWS stacks.
