Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a small, high-impact engineering team building an AI-native financial planning and analysis platform for modern finance teams. You will work closely with technical leadership and cross-functional teammates to design and deliver product features that directly shape the direction of the product.

What Youll Do

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.

• Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.

• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code across the full stack.

• Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team and culture.

• Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to continuously improve the product.

What Were Looking For

• At least 5 years of software development experience, with at least 1 year contributing to system design or architecture.

• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript, Node.js on the backend, and React on the frontend.

• Background as a balanced fullstack engineer or a strongly frontend-focused engineer (backend-only profiles are not a fit).

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience using MongoDB as an application database.

• Experience with BigQuery for analytics and querying large datasets.

• Familiarity with automated testing, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong collaboration skills with senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work remotely from the Americas and collaborate effectively in a distributed environment.

• A clearly differentiated engineering record, showing outsized impact rather than a merely solid senior profile.

• Interest in AI-focused product engineering is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
