Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Incubation & Onboarding leads cross-functional partnerships to ensure successful onboarding and growth for key customers. This role involves analyzing data to identify opportunities, managing complex onboarding processes, and delivering solutions that address technical and operational challenges. The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, develop training resources, and execute strategic business plans. Additionally, the role includes mentoring team members, fostering a high-performing environment, and upholding company values to support operational excellence and positive customer experiences across the organization. This is a player + coach role with direct reports.
About the team:
Our team drives the successful onboarding of new sellers into Walmart’s logistics services by guiding them through our portfolio and managing the entire process. We focus on executing business plans, enhancing processes, and ensuring operational excellence. Through strong governance, coaching, and onboarding strategies, the team supports sellers in meeting their objectives while upholding high standards. Collaboration and continuous improvement are central to our approach, enabling us to deliver value and foster growth within Walmart’s logistics network. This role requires effective communication, adaptability, and a commitment to ethical standards and process improvement.
What youll do:

• Manage cross-functional partnerships to support the Incubation Account Management team’s success.
• Oversee onboarding processes for key customers from presales through completion, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions to vendors.
• Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to accelerate product adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and operational challenges, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead business plan execution by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring performance.
• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Player + Coach - You will work with sellers when the business requires it to meet SLAs.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
