We are looking for an experienced sales practitioner with hands-on AI expertise to join us as an AI for Sales Teaching Expert. This role combines live instruction with subject-matter expertise: you will deliver practical sessions and collaborate with the course team to refine the methodology, cases, templates, and exercises

What you will do

• Deliver live sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning labs on AI for Sales.
• Demonstrate AI workflows for ICP definition, prospecting, lead enrichment, personalized outreach, and qualification.
• Show learners how to apply AI to sales conversations, negotiation preparation, and deal reviews.
• Guide practical projects, provide structured feedback, and help participants adapt workflows to their sales environments.
• Collaborate with the course team to refine materials, templates, playbooks, and cases based on learner feedback and evolving sales practices.

Requirements

Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth, or a related role.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing AI in real sales or revenue workflows.
• Practical experience with LLM assistants, prospecting and enrichment tools, CRM platforms, and conversation intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT, Clay, HubSpot, and Gong, or equivalents.
• Understanding of pipeline management, data hygiene, lead scoring, and qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
• Ability to turn sales experience into repeatable workflows and explain them to non-technical business audiences.
• Experience delivering workshops, webinars, corporate training, or internal enablement sessions.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in customer communication and data handling.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and availability within European time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating sales playbooks, enablement materials, or courses.
• Experience across both high-touch B2B sales and scalable B2C workflows.
• Experience combining frontline sales execution with strategic revenue process design.
