About the role:

Were looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market. You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel.

Youre someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.

You will:

• Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects

• Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks

• Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform

• Ensure execution under demanding timelines

• Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency

• Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement

You have/are:

• Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames.

• Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.

• Bias to action: You will operate with a high-level of agency. This means not every initiative will be discussed or thought out. Were looking for someone comfortable in failure, but can come to us with a list of initiatives where you tried something, measured the impact, and either doubled down or quit - all without permission

• Data-driven: You make data driven decisions. Like any marketplace, problems can balloon at scale. Its vital we track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure we make informed decisions.
