Email Marketing Specialist (Design & Copy)

Job Overview

Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Designer & Copywriter to create high-converting, visually engaging email campaigns that align with each brands identity and marketing goals. In this role, youll combine strong visual design skills with compelling copywriting to produce responsive email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Youll work closely with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, optimized for performance, and aligned with brand standards.

Core Tasks

• Conceptualize, design, and build engaging, on-brand email campaigns
• Develop responsive email templates and optimize designs for mobile and desktop
• Write engaging copy that helps accomplish campaign goals across different audiences
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to deliver campaigns on time
• Ensure cohesive visual storytelling and campaign alignment
• Maintain design consistency with established brand guidelines
• Optimize visual assets for performance and accessibility
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign results to improve design effectiveness
• Create and maintain design systems, documentation, and SOPs as needed
• Assist with other tactical design or administrative tasks as needed

Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in email design and copywriting, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, or InDesign)
• Experience using Figma, Canva, or other visual design tools
• Strong visual design, creativity, and storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce polished, high-quality work
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset
• Strong C-level written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time during EST business hours

Nice-to-Haves

• Proficiency in designing emails and building email flows from start to finish in Klaviyo
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
