We’re looking for an AI Implementation Consultant to help StaffRight streamline and improve our internal operations using AI and automation tools. You’ll work closely with our team to understand our current processes, identify opportunities for automation, recommend the right tools, and implement practical solutions that make our day-to-day operations more efficient.
This role is open to all candidates in the Philippines and all over Latin America.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assess business processes and identify opportunities to integrate AI or automation tools for improved efficiency
- Research and recommend AI-powered solutions that align with StaffRight’s needs and workflows
- Configure and implement no-code tools (such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, ClickUp AI, HubSpot AI, and others)
- Create and document simple workflows or automations that enhance productivity
- Train and support team members on how to use newly implemented tools effectively
- Monitor adoption, troubleshoot issues, and suggest ongoing improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 2+ years of experience working with AI or automation tools in a business or operations setting
- Demonstrated success implementing AI-driven solutions to improve processes or efficiency
- Strong understanding of business workflows and how to identify automation opportunities
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical tools to non-technical users
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
