Your Role

Youll provide members with clear, professional support from their initial appointment through the application process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Connecting with union members through inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling and hosting virtual or telephone appointments
• Explaining benefit programs in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Helping members select options suited to their needs
• Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards for compliance, service, and quality
• Taking part in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
