B1 - Temporary Promotion - Business Support Officer - Social Security Scotland

Social Security Scotland’s Fraud and Error Resolution Unit (FERU) are seeking a Business Support Officer on a Temporary Promotion or Temporary Level transfer basis for 6 months. You will be at the heart of our team, providing comprehensive support, primarily to our Head of Fraud and Error. 

You will be responsible for prioritising and organising all communication flows between our Senior Leaders and wider stakeholders, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with agreed compliance and business processes. You will also lead the Business Support team including direct line management of two Business Support assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity that offers an interesting and varied workload, including the opportunity to work with colleagues across the organisation.
