The Sr Business Process Owner, Portfolio Health serves as the underwriting and portfolio health expert, leading compliance-focused policy decisions while mentoring team members, supporting escalations, and ensuring consistent underwriting standards across the organization. This role drives process and technology improvements by defining strategy, implementing operational enhancements, establishing performance metrics, collaborating across teams, and fostering a continuous improvement culture within a fast-growing auto insurance environment.
