About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Recruiter to join our global team at Riskified. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to shape hiring processes that make a real impact - this role is for you. This position is a temporary role for 8 months.

As a Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. Youll support hiring across a range of functions - from tech to business roles - ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout.

This is a unique opportunity to be a true partner to the business, influence hiring decisions, and help build the teams that drive Riskified forward.

What Youll Be Doing

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment processes.
• Build proactive talent pipelines using sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Use recruitment KPIs and analytics to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring performance.
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment
• Proven track record hiring across multiple functions: Tech, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles
• Global recruiting experience - managing hiring processes across different locations
• Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to guide strategy and decisions
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Native or fluent Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
