We are seeking a Sr. Delivery Manager, Professional Services – ERP Solutions to lead client engagements from pre-sales through delivery. This role partners with Sales, Solution Architects, and Subject Matter Experts to scope, plan, and deliver outcomes for enterprise clients. Periodic travel to client/project locations may be required.

Position Summary

As part of Rimini Consult, the Sr. Delivery Manager will work with the Senior Director, Professional Services, APAC and will lead the pre-sales and delivery of ERP consulting engagements for large enterprise clients, primarily across SAP and Oracle environments. This role owns the pre-sales process in North America and coordinates cross-functional teams to scope, estimate, plan and execute outcomes across ERP application, data, integration, and security workstreams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Pre-sales and scoping: Direct discovery, shape approach, build estimates, and define deliverables with Sales, Solution Architects, and SMEs.
• Delivery governance: Provide oversight for predictable execution across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Stakeholder management: Lead governance forums, status reporting, and executive communications; manage expectations and escalations.
• Continuous improvement: Contribute reusable assets and improve pre-sales engagements, delivery methods; identify opportunities to expand services within accounts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Desired Experience

• 15+ years leading ERP delivery in SAP and/or Oracle environments, including implementations, upgrades, transformations, and/or major enhancements.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery across functional and technical workstreams, including integrations, data, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization.
• Depth in either functional ERP consulting or technical ERP delivery (e.g., configuration, security/roles, operations, development, reporting, integrations), with strong dependency and risk management capabilities.
• Experience establishing delivery governance (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control) with executive-ready communications and stakeholder management.

Desired Skills

• Strong client-facing skills and track record.
• Strong pre-sales and delivery management discipline (scope, schedule, budget, RAID, change control) and comfort operating in matrixed environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate governance forums and drive resolution of escalations.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a continuous-improvement mindset.
