Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Handle email correspondence and respond to general enquiries promptly
• Maintain organised digital filing systems and administrative records
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for senior staff
• Provide general administrative support across the business

Requirements

• Experience in a receptionist or front-of-house admin role
• Professional telephone manner and excellent written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
