Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Back Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps a UK business running — records accurate, documents filed, and processes followed every time.

This suits someone who likes order and routine done properly, spots errors before anyone else does, and wants steady long-term work with a UK employer from home in South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Process and check incoming documents, forms and data submissions
• Maintain accurate records across shared systems and databases
• Carry out daily data checks and correct discrepancies
• Prepare routine reports and internal summaries
• Handle internal queries from other departments
• Follow and help improve documented back office processes

What youll need

• Experience in an administrative, data or back office support role
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
• Accurate data entry with a careful eye for detail
• Strong written and spoken English
• A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work

Nice to have

• Experience working to SLAs or daily processing targets
• Familiarity with a document management or workflow system
• Previous experience supporting a UK business
