Billing Representative

Location: San Pedro Sula, Cortes, Honduras

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a Billing Representative role. If you have experience in billing, invoicing, and client management, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Audit new group invoices

• Generate monthly invoices for premium due

• Reconcile and post received premiums

• Research outstanding invoices and billing issues

• Manage client relations and collections

• Work with audit reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Can work independently or as part of a team

• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience & Education:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related role (education may be considered in lieu of experience)

• Preferred background in healthcare or insurance

• Associate’s degree preferred
