Your goal is to lead a high-performance squad where Modern Engineering is the default: where manual toil is replaced by intelligent automation, silos are replaced by full-stack ownership, and data guides every decision.

Responsibilities

• Foster a high-performance environment: Actively shape and mentor your team, ensuring that every member is empowered to contribute at their highest level and thrive in a results-oriented atmosphere
• Champion AI-augmented development: Integrate AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and troubleshooting, setting the highest baseline for engineering efficiency
• Drive modern engineering excellence: Leverage the best of modern practices: containerization, microservices, and self-healing systems, to deliver robust, scalable software
• Onboarding & velocity: Create a seamless environment where top-tier engineers can hit the ground running and deliver meaningful production impact within their first month
• Observability & customer delight: Lead with a data-first mindset. Ensure total visibility into system health through advanced telemetry, turning operational insights into a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience with a strong track record of leading engineering teams

• Solid technical background in software engineering

• Experience in the integration space, including APIs, connectors, and third-party modules

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies involving third-party technologies and partnerships

• Passion for leading high-performing engineering teams focused on technical excellence and business impact

• Strong advocacy for modern engineering practices, with a focus on automation, scalability, and cloud-native solutions

• Experience thriving in a results-oriented, high-performance environment

• Deep understanding of end-to-end product ownership, from architectural design through production operations and stability

• Strategic approach to team building and talent development, with a focus on emerging technologies such as AI, cloud platforms, and advanced observability tools
