System QA & Automation Engineer

We are seeking talented System QA & Automation Engineers with 5+ years of experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, cloud-native software solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute test strategies and automation solutions for end-to-end system validation of cutting-edge applications in the observability domain, leveraging modern testing frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and automation tools. You will collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure product quality, reliability, performance, scalability, and operational readiness while driving continuous improvement in system testing, test automation, and quality engineering practices within an agile environment.

Join Nokias Autonomous Networks Engineering team to build a next-generation Core Network Management System that helps telecom operators proactively prevent network failures and reduce MTTR. Using cloud-native technologies, AI/ML analytics, automated RCA, and real-time observability, youll develop scalable and intelligent solutions powered by Golang, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, React, ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, and Agentic AI frameworks.
