Técnico de Servicio de Campo

Responsabilidades Principales

• Instalar, mantener, diagnosticar y reparar equipos tecnológicos, incluyendo POS, Self-Checkout, servidores, terminales portátiles y periféricos.
• Gestionar incidencias de clientes de principio a fin, garantizando el cumplimiento de los SLA establecidos.
• Ejecutar instalaciones, actualizaciones y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Documentar las actividades de servicio en tiempo real y registrar evidencia fotográfica cuando sea requerido.
• Construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes y proporcionar una experiencia de servicio excepcional.

Operaciones de Campo y Gestión de Activos

• Responder rápidamente a asignaciones de servicio y adaptarse a cambios de planificación con poca antelación.
• Gestionar adecuadamente herramientas, repuestos, inventario, gastos y demás activos asignados por la compañía.
• Mantener registros precisos de servicios realizados, piezas utilizadas y reportes administrativos.
• Operar y cuidar de manera responsable los vehículos corporativos, cumpliendo con las políticas internas aplicables.
• Trabajar de forma autónoma, priorizando la seguridad, la calidad y la eficiencia operativa.
