Job Description

We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer to join our team and help build and enhance innovative mobile solutions. You will play a key role in developing high-quality applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern AI-assisted development practices to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, JavaScript, and Kotlin.
• Design and implement user-friendly, responsive, and high-performance mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Developers, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and define technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and usability across various devices and screen sizes.
• Implement application monitoring, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Support application localization and multilingual experiences.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with React Native.
• Solid knowledge of Android SDK.
• Experience with Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining mobile applications for Android.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Proficient in using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) in day-to-day software development.
• Skilled in prompt engineering, AI-assisted problem solving, and validation of AI-generated code and content.
• Experience applying AI across the SDLC while balancing automation with sound engineering judgment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with iOS SDK development.
• Knowledge of cross-platform mobile architecture and best practices.
• Experience with application analytics and monitoring tools.
