Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 9+years
• Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Integrations
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integrations
• Strong understanding of platform architecture and best practices
• Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM solutions
• Experience in CMDB management and Service Mapping implementation
• Experience in other modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD
• ITIL knowledge is preferred
• certification in any module is preferred
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience in developing technical solutions and performing integration testing
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global delivery environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the team to implement solutions across global locations
• Provide technical expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules
• Design, develop, and implement integrations with enterprise applications
• Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design
• Prepare technical specifications and implementation documents
• Develop and implement technical solutions on the platform
• Configure and customize applications based on business requirements
• Support CMDB implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities
• Implement and support Service Mapping solutions
• Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the platform
• Ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
