Were hiring a Support Engineer to join Levantas growing team. This role is the bridge / glue between Customer Success and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve product, integration, and API-related issues. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, technically savvy, and comfortable working cross-functionally to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

What Youll Own:

Respond to technical issues and questions via Slack, Linear (our ticketing software), and Pylon
Understand the technical nuances of Levantas technology and guide customers through their challenges
Escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear context
Create and maintain technical support documentation to enable the entire CS and engineering team to serve our customers
Identify repeat issues and propose solutions to improve the product
Build out internal tools to solve common issues
Utilize and implement AI workflows that will make our support process more efficient

What Were Looking For:

2+ years of prior experience in the technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering.
Ability to read / write code in Typescript
Good communication skills, able to juggle multiple technical conversations
Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and cloud tooling.
