Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Service Technician II to join the Starline Team. This is a remote position. The Service Technician II role will require a highly self-motivated individual to perform service work on Starline’s full complement of products at customer sites. Technician will work directly with end users and contractors to ensure that all on-site products are functioning properly and tested prior to system energization. Service Technician must be willing and able to travel domestically often and internationally occasionally.

Legrand is hiring a remote Service Technician II for its Starline team to perform installation support, startup, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of power distribution products at customer sites. The role involves programming meters and control systems, resolving network and connectivity issues, completing commissioning and certification reports, providing phone-based technical support, and ensuring systems are fully operational before energization. The technician will work directly with customers and contractors, conduct thermographic inspections, mentor other technicians, recommend new service offerings, and identify testing equipment needs. Frequent domestic and occasional international travel is required.
