Head of Global FP&A Business Partnering (m/f/d)

• Lead and develop the Global FP&A Business Partnering team, including Finance Business Partners supporting the CTO, CPO, CFO, CHRO, CCO and CMO organisations, and set consistent standards for forward-looking, commercially relevant finance support.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Global Head of FP&A, Group CFO and C-level stakeholders, translating complex operational and financial topics into clear insights, recommendations and executive-level narratives.
• Establish a rigorous business-case and investment governance framework, challenging material investments, transformation initiatives, headcount requests and commercial proposals on strategic rationale, financial impact, risks and ROI.
• Drive value realisation by defining clear success metrics and ownership for approved investments, tracking delivery against agreed cases and escalating deviations in benefits, timing or costs.
• Lead the financial steering of global functions across planning, forecasting, monthly reviews and long-range planning, including root-cause analysis of variances, risks and opportunities.
• Deliver accurate, actionable reporting and performance insights - from journal-entry-level detail to Management Team, Board and shareholder materials - and continuously improve KPI frameworks, driver-based planning and performance dialogues.
• Drive Finance excellence by scaling best practices, simplifying and automating processes, leveraging AI and self-service analytics, and partnering with Group Accounting, Controlling and Data & Analytics on transformation and strategic projects.

• Extensive experience in senior FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Controlling or Finance Director roles in an international, data-driven environment.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Strong track record of developing, challenging and tracking complex business cases with clear ROI and value-realisation governance.
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to move comfortably from accounting and operational data to executive-level recommendations.
• A clear view on how AI, automation and data can improve finance processes and decisions.
• Excellent analytical, communication and storytelling skills.
• High ownership, pace, resilience and pragmatism.
• Professional fluency in English; German is a plus.
