Head of Product Marketing (Senior)

About the Role

You will be the founding Head of Product Marketing, shaping how the company explains its AI and legal technology to customers. You will partner with GTM leadership, product, engineering, and sales to translate complex technology into clear value, while setting direction and coordinating external agencies to execute.

What Youll Do

• Develop positioning and messaging that simplify sophisticated capabilities into differentiated customer value.

• Own the editorial calendar and set the strategic agenda for communications.

• Define product launch narratives from problem statements to audience and proof points.

• Write and edit all voice assets across web, product pages, emails, blogs, social, scripts, decks, and sales materials.

• Collaborate with executives to convert their thinking into compelling content and media appearances.

• Engage with customers, Sales, and Success to capture real buying language to inform marketing.

• Direct video and content strategy and be comfortable presenting on camera.

• Create sales enablement materials that explain products at multiple depths for different conversations.

• Monitor competitors and the AI market to inform positioning.

• Partner with performance marketing to optimize messaging through data-driven insights.

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product marketing or storytelling for AI, enterprise software, or legal tech.

• Strong editorial judgment and exceptional writing ability across formats.

• Background in legal or legal-adjacent domains or enterprise technology marketing.

• Ability to translate complex tech into simple, credible value without oversimplifying.

• Experience interviewing founders, engineers, lawyers, and customers to derive authentic language.

• Comfort on camera and as a company voice; capable of moving between strategy and hands-on work.

• Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing tech; cross-functional collaboration mindset.

• Background as a former lawyer or journalist in relevant domains is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: 180,000 to 225,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship not available.

Location

Remote within the United States, with meaningful Eastern Time overlap and periodic travel.
