Implementation Specialist

About KerixHealth

KerixHealth is a Direct Primary Care (DPC) organization committed to making high-quality, relationship-based primary care accessible to employers and their members. We partner with forward-thinking companies to provide a better healthcare experience — one built on accessibility, trust, and outcomes.

Role Overview

The Implementation Specialist is a critical operational role responsible for bringing new employer clients into the KerixHealth ecosystem — and keeping existing clients running smoothly year after year. You will serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Clinical, and our affiliate practice partners, ensuring that every new member launch and annual renewal is executed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

New Client Onboarding

• Collaborate with Sales to complete any outstanding items needed for a clean handoff before launch.

• Brief Marketing, Clinical, Engagement, and Scheduling teams on everything they need to communicate with and service incoming members.

• Update internal guides used by Operations and Clinical staff to reflect the new clients program details.

• Coordinate and attend Open Enrollment (OE) meetings, including logistics for clinical staff attendance, marketing materials and swag, and blocking clinical schedules when active scheduling is happening at OE.

• Confirm affiliate practice readiness, including pricing acceptance.

• Obtain initial enrollment file from the client in a timely manner.

• Set up ongoing file feeds with the TPA to manage member adds and terminations throughout the plan year.

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce throughout the onboarding process.

Annual Renewals

• Update systems with any renewal pricing changes.

• Manage the full renewal file feed process.

• If the TPA has changed, execute the full file feed setup process.

• Coordinate the same OE logistics and internal team notifications as a new client launch, accounting for any benefit or program changes.

• Manage enrollment deadlines and benefit-eligibility windows across clients (e.g., deadline-based incentive programs tied to specific dates).

Ongoing Program Support

• Maintain internal records throughout the year to reflect changes: new or departing physicians, new clinic locations, and new KerixHealth service offerings.

• Provide general operational support to Account Managers across the client portfolio.

• Coordinate onsite clinics and employer events: once an Account Manager secures approval, manage the full logistics — eligibility, marketing, clinical staffing, Operations coordination, and venue/tech details.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in healthcare operations, benefits administration, or employer health program management.

• Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.

• Strong communicator who can translate operational details across clinical, technical, and business audiences.

• Familiarity with health plan enrollment processes, TPA file feeds, or member administration platforms (experience with Hint a plus).

• Proficiency with CRM systems; Salesforce experience preferred.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset — you take ownership and follow through.

Why KerixHealth

At KerixHealth, we believe primary care is the foundation of a healthier, more equitable healthcare system. This role puts you at the center of that mission — every client you launch represents real people gaining access to a doctor who knows their name. If youre energized by operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and making a tangible difference in how people experience healthcare, wed love to connect.

KerixHealth is an equal opportunity employer.

About the Company

About Kerix

Kerix is a healthcare organization focused exclusively on membership-based medicine. We believe healthcare should be personal, accessible, and proactive—and that stronger relationships between clinicians and patients lead to better care and better outcomes.

Kerix operates through two business units:

KerixHealth owns and operates Direct Primary Care clinics across the country, providing patients with more time with their care teams, convenient access, and a proactive approach to their health. Our organization includes KerixHealth and AdvocateMD.

Specialdocs Consultants helps physicians transition from traditional fee-for-service medicine to concierge medicine, creating more sustainable and relationship-centered practices.

Across our organization, we are united by a shared mission: to restore healthcare by putting people back at the center of care. Our model emphasizes same- or next-day appointments, longer and more meaningful visits, direct access to care teams, preventive care, transparent pricing, and coordination throughout the healthcare journey.

Kerix is headquartered in Austin, Texas, with teams and practices located across the country. Learn more at Kerix.com.
