Join a remote-first engineering team building a highly technical platform that helps organizations manage and automate complex infrastructure workflows. In this role, you will create intuitive, reliable, and high-quality user experiences while solving challenging frontend engineering problems. You will have direct ownership over features from discovery through delivery, working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers. Accountabilities
- Build and improve frontend features that deliver a seamless, high-quality user experience for a complex technical platform.
- Take ownership of projects and initiatives from discovery to implementation, release, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to develop effective solutions aligned with user needs.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architecture while maintaining strong standards for performance, usability, and code quality.
- Contribute to frontend engineering practices through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in frontend and design system initiatives to ensure consistency, accessibility, and maintainability across the product.
- Identify opportunities for improvement proactively, helping reduce technical debt and increase product reliability.
- Use modern frontend technologies and development practices to deliver impactful product experiences.
- 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript and building modern frontend applications.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing applications with React.
- Strong product mindset with a focus on understanding user problems and delivering meaningful solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of technical challenges, and make informed engineering decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improvements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Experience with frontend testing tools such as Jest or Playwright is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and frontend best practices is an advantage.
- Interest in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or technical platforms is beneficial.
