Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, WordPress capability, AI proficiency, conversion expertise, and overall alignment with the role.

About the Role

As our AI-First Website Builder, youll design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites and landing pages across multiple products and brands.

Youll combine WordPress expertise, conversion optimization, AI-assisted workflows, modern UX principles, SEO best practices, and attention to detail to produce premium digital experiences.

This is an AI-first role.

Required Qualifications

Were looking for an exceptional website builder who combines technical capability with creativity, customer empathy, and commercial thinking.

You should have:

• 4+ years of professional WordPress website development experience.
• Strong experience building responsive websites and landing pages.
• Experience with Elementor, Bricks, GeneratePress, Gutenberg, or similar modern WordPress builders.
• Strong understanding of UX, UI, accessibility, responsive design, and customer journeys.
• Experience optimizing websites for SEO and conversion.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
