Salary Range : There are various factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, education, certifications, and competencies that align with the specified role, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is: $125,000-$135,000

What we are looking for:

 

The Application Programmer will provide experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations. This role supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of computer programs to ensure applications meet user and system requirements.

You will work with systems analysts and designers to research and document requirements, analyze objectives, translate solutions into detailed program specifications, and assist with program design and modifications. This position also involves supporting testing, documentation, and reporting to ensure the smooth sustainment of system software applications.

 

Develops software based on requirements developed by Business Analysts to meet the needed business solution at the enterprise, large-scale level. All work is within the application development framework used by
the organization. Collaborates with a Business Analyst to meet the requirements of fulfilling the client’s goals to implement the business solution. Proficiently executes the work using the tools and techniques
implemented for the project. Works directly with Systems Architect to develop and implement new third-party applications, tools, and programming libraries to meet the business development goals of the client.
Utilizes web-based software such as Java, HTML, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP, REST API, mobile development, and Web Based API in the building of software applications

 

Minimum Experience:

• Five (5) years of total work experience developing.
• Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) to support Low-Code/No-Code Development Platform models.
• Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
• Experience developing application/process automation software based on BPMN models; experience using software tools such as Appian, Salesforce, Nintex, etc., with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
• Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development.
• Experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform-based development.

Required Skills:

• Education: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 8570/8140: DoW Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
• Certification:
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1.

The contractor shall meet the certification requirements within 3 months after the onboarding start date.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
