US Team Lead, Legal Application Managed Services

Harbor is seeking a Team Lead to join our Legal Technology team, within Applications Management Services. The Team Lead ensures successful client engagement and consistent client satisfaction by leading team members in both production issue resolution and continual improvement tasks. The Team Lead will directly oversee a team of skilled individuals from a variety of technical and professional backgrounds. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is central to success in this role.

This is a 100% remote position that can be from anywhere within the US, with the West coast being preferred.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offers the client technical direction by applying industry experience and best practices.
• Work with the team to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction through on-time, in-budget, and in-scope delivery of the managed service.
• Report to upper management on client issue status and progress.
• Client agreement budgeting tracking, resource allocation, change request management, resource scheduling and customer support.
• Presents Harbor’s capabilities and initiatives to a breadth of system stakeholders, for new and existing clients.
• Collaborates with Directors, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Implementation Engineers on behalf of clients.
• People management responsibilities throughout all phases of the employment life cycle, from hiring to exiting. This includes shaping and supporting a positive environment, setting team tactics for achieving goals, allocating and hiring resources (including vacation and sick approvals), evaluating performance, overseeing team operations, etc.
• Developing and coaching team members.
• Identify training needs for the entire team, co-ordinating possibilities with HR.

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Legal Technology products, services, and/or experience in a law firm or legal services environment.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of people-management.
• Proficient in cross-project release management and coordination, project portfolio management, project risk management and mitigation, and all aspects of managing the project life cycle from inception to completion.
• Intermediate level of experience dealing with collaboration and project tracking tools: (JIRA, Confluence), and MS Project.
• Competent in the following areas: problem solving, customer-focus, communication, collaboration, organizational support, quality focus and punctuality.

Preferential Experience:

• Working with the Intapp product suite.
• Mentoring colleagues.
• Proficiency in the following technical areas: XML, JQUERY/JSON, REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience in working with the MS Azure Platform, particularly with logic apps and functions.
• Experience working in Boomi.
