About the Role

As a Remote Client Success Team Lead, youll provide exceptional support to clients while developing the leadership skills needed to advance within our organization. What Youll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service

• Answer questions regarding available benefit programs and coverage options

• Assist clients with enrollment and follow-up support

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an outstanding client experience

• Participate in ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and professional training
