What Youll Do

As a Remote Client Support Representative, youll help clients understand their available options while delivering a professional, service-focused experience.

Client Support & Relationship Management

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Serve as a professional point of contact for client questions

• Listen to each clients needs and provide clear, personalized guidance
