The Electrified Propulsion Engineering (EPE) organization is seeking a strategic and technical leader for the role of PD Quality Supervisor for High Voltage Traction Batteries. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Quality Engineers and Teardown Specialists dedicated to the reliability and performance of HV Battery assemblies, including arrays, Bussed Electrical Centers (BEC), and Battery Energy Control Modules (BECM). 

You will drive the 2026 quality strategy by managing warranty reduction targets, accelerating issue resolution speed (Patient Zero to Fix), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through AI integration and advanced problem-solving methodologies.
