Position Overview Ford Motor Company is seeking an experienced chemist, chemical or materials engineer, or materials scientist to lead two distinct teams: the Chemistry Laboratory and Material Compliance. This role offers the opportunity to develop employees, strengthen technical capabilities, and shape how chemistry testing and material compliance support Ford’s Product Development, Manufacturing, and Research & Engineering organizations.
