In this position...

You will lead Body Interior Engineering for current and future Ford Racing vehicle programs. Youll be an independent, empowered supervisor who owns interior design, development, validation, and certification. Youll integrate the interior system into the total program and deliver on quality, cost, weight, function, and timing. Youll guide supplier and internal teams to bring performance-focused interior systems to life.
