We are looking for a motivated Engineering Ford Champ to join the C2 Platform team, supporting cost reduction initiatives and digital tooling efforts across platform component areas such as engines, transmissions, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and related hardware. This role is ideal for someone eager to apply modern digital tools (AI, Power Apps, Jira) to real engineering problems while gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration and executive-level reporting.

We are seeking a motivated Engineering Ford Champ to support the C2 Platform team on a variety of cost-focused engineering initiatives. The intern will help drive cost reduction efforts by leveraging AI tools to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and improve engineering productivity across platform component teams. Key responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities for cost tracking and reduction tasks, building/testing AI-driven tools to support engineering and cost analysis workflows, and preparing high-level reporting and summaries for review with Chief Engineers. The role has a strong focus on platform-level components, including engines, transmissions, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and related hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career engineer to gain hands-on exposure to platform engineering, cost engineering practices, and applied AI tooling in an automotive environment.
