The Adobe Experience Cloud Solution Architect will translate business and customer needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable digital experience architectures.

The role will work across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (Real-Time CDP), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Workfront, and related Adobe capabilities as applicable to the organization.

The architect will provide technical direction for platform integrations, customer data and identity, data collection, personalization, analytics, content management, and platform modernization. The role will also establish reusable architecture standards and evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities, including AI-enabled functionality, based on business value, technical feasibility, security, privacy, licensing, and operational considerations.

In addition to solution architecture, this position will contribute to the operational reliability of the Adobe ecosystem, including troubleshooting complex platform and integration issues and coordinating resolution across Adobe product teams and internal stakeholders.
