Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Data Engineer (CDP Specialist) that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

Were currently seeking a talented Data Engineer to join a newly formed Product Team. In this role, youll have the opportunity to scale up and globally rollout our Customer Data Platform (CDP), a key solution used for Marketing Automation in both our Human Pharma and Animal Health business units. Your Role and Impact as a Data Engineer, youll play a crucial role in both the Development and Operations of our CDP platform. Youll ensure high-quality deliverables and leverage state-of-the-art technologies to keep the platform running stable and compliant. Your work will directly impact our ability to enhance the platform based on business requirements.

What Youll Do?

• Manage and organize data, building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Collaborate with our internal team and external implementation partner to proactively drive problems to resolution.
• Influence and negotiate scope and requirements, championing innovative process changes and technology-enabled solutions.

Skills/Experience

• Excellent SQL and analytical SQL Functions knowledge.
• Experience with Python scripting, Pandas & Dig Dag scripting.
• Proficiency in Agile delivery and software development lifecycle in a DevOps environment.
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience in incident management and test automation, preferably in the context of a data platform.
• Knowledge of Treasure Data CDP and/or Data Cloud platform is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship development and management capabilities.
• Bachelor and/or Master degree or equivalent
• Progressive IT and business experience of 5-10 years preferred.
• 2-5 years Data Engineering experience in big data solutions.
