We partner with clients across multiple industries to deliver modern data platforms, cloud solutions, AI applications, and software engineering expertise.
Were looking for a Software Engineer with strong backend expertise in Python and Django who is comfortable working in cloud environments and collaborating across the full software development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable applications, contributing to deployment processes, and working in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What Youll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Git-based development workflows, including branching strategies and pull requests.
- Deploy and support applications in cloud environments, with a preference for Microsoft Azure.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to ongoing application monitoring and maintenance.
- Work in Linux-based development and deployment environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation when applicable.
- Collaborate across both backend and frontend development when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong professional experience with Python and Django.
- Advanced/fluent english
- Experience using Git in collaborative development environments, including pull requests and code reviews.
- Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP experience is also acceptable).
- Comfortable working in Linux environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or other CI/CD tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with React and TypeScript for full-stack development.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Helm.
- Experience owning application deployments and production monitoring.
- Consulting experience or experience working directly with clients is a plus.
