Dental Trainer

Key Responsibilities

•  Supporting the onboarding, orientation, and professional development of Dental employees 
•  Facilitating engaging training through in-person, virtual, didactic, and hands-on learning 
•  Partnering with clinical leaders and Dental leadership to identify and address learning needs 
•  Creating a positive, professional, and encouraging learning environment 
•  Tracking employee progress, completing required documentation, and evaluating training effectiveness 
•  Using feedback and data to strengthen training initiatives and support continuous improvement 
•  Staying current on dental training techniques, compliance, and infection control practices 
•  Traveling to various locations, as needed, to support training needs (up to 30% of the time) 
•  Contributing to special projects and other initiatives that support Dental team development 

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
