Job Summary and Responsibilities
This system-level role is responsible for the management and oversight of facility payor enrollments, including governmental (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) health plans. Responsibilities include the review, analysis, coordination, and submission of enrollment data required for all CommonSpirit Health providers and facilities.
While enrollment requirements vary across payors, this role ensures standardized, accurate, and timely enrollment processes across government entities.
This position focuses primarily on facility-level enrollments; however, it may support individual provider enrollments when necessary to ensure operational continuity and revenue integrity.
- Provide oversight and execution of facility payor enrollments across governmental payor, including Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care/health plans.
- Coordinate and complete end-to-end enrollment processes, including data collection, application completion, submission (manual and electronic), and follow-up for both government payors.
- Partner with facility leadership, operational teams, third-party vendors, and payor representatives to collect, validate, and confirm accuracy of enrollment information to meet submission timelines and requirements.
- Submit completed applications to designated Authorized/Delegated Officials for review and approval in accordance with internal governance and payor requirements.
- Collaborate with governmental contractors to resolve enrollment requirements, deficiencies, and requests for additional information.
- Gain and maintain proficiency in government enrollment systems (e.g., PECOS, PAVE) and credentialing platforms to manage enrollment workflows.
Required
- Bachelors Other Bachelor Admin degree in Finance, Accounting or Finance concentration preferred but not required
- (Four to Six) 4-6 years Minimum of five (5) years of current progressive experience in a healthcare environment, with government enrollments background.
