About the Team & Business Line

The position for a Business Services Analyst will be a key contributor and a direct report to the Business Services Manager. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Analyst with strong data analytics expertise and advanced Excel proficiency to support and manage the billing process for our clients. These skills are integral to daily operations within the role. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual agreements while contributing to process improvements and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.

Your role:

• Analyze billing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, complex nested formulas).

• Build, maintain, and automate Excel-based reporting tools used in daily billing and revenue tracking.

• Generate regular reports on revenue, billing status, and accounts receivable.

• Assist in creating and maintaining master data in the financial system of records.

• Manage end-to-end billing cycle independently.

• Prepare and send accurate invoices based on agreed-upon terms and services.

• Develop process improvements under Senior Coordinator guidance.

• Reconcile billing accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Collaborate with the finance team on revenue recognition and record reconciliation.

• Serve as primary point of contact for billing inquiries from client services team.

• Review service agreements and contracts to ensure billing alignment.

• Efficiently create and process engagement letters via Icertis contract management platform.

• Work with various departments (e.g., Fund Accounting, Client Services, Sales, Legal) to gather necessary billing information.

About You:

• 2+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a data-driven or analytical role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required – daily use of complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools.

• Financial Services industry experience an asset.

• Experience with contract management platforms (e.g., Icertis) preferred.

• Preferably a background in Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.

   

Salary 

1900 - 2580 EUR GROSS
