The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a HCM Data Migration Middleware Developer to support a major federal human capital management modernization program implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across numerous civilian agencies. This role designs, builds, and maintains the middleware and ETL pipelines required to transform legacy HR data into Oracle Fusion HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) formats. The developer will support migrations for agency populations ranging from ~10,000 to several hundred thousand employees, ensuring scalable pipelines, thorough cleansing, high-quality data transformations, and accurate reconciliation. Work is performed independently with limited supervision on assignments of moderate complexity.

This position is primarily remote; however, candidates may be required to report onsite in Reston as business needs arise.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
