Responsibilities

• Connect with clients by phone and virtual platforms
• Schedule appointments with individuals who have requested benefit information
• Conduct Zoom meetings to review available programs
• Explain products and benefit options in a clear, professional way
• Assist clients with completing applications
• Maintain accurate records and follow company processes
• Participate in ongoing optional training and development sessions
