Sales Development Representative

We are growing quickly here at 12twenty and its our priority to hire A+ players to join us on our mission of rapid expansion and world domination! We are looking for highly-motivated sales development reps to work hand-in-hand with leadership to grow our customer base. Through outbound emails and calls, your sole responsibility will be to prospect, generate leads, book discovery calls and demonstrations on behalf of the Sales Team. 

Business development is not a job for everyone...if you hate cold calling, drafting engaging emails, and just generally speaking with humans, this isnt the role for you. 😬 We are looking for self-starters who are tenacious, motivated, organized and professional, excited to build their career in sales! The role requires a blend of charm and sophistication, with excellent written and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities Include: ​​​​​​

• Outbound calls to share the high quality offerings of the 12twenty platform
• Qualify prospects and book demos for the Account Executives
• Build quality relationships with our prospects
• Create email campaigns to evangelize our products and generate leads
• Identify potential challenges and opportunities with our prospects and communicate with leadership

Requirements: 

• Preferably 1+ years of experience in sales or marketing
• Natural people person and relationship builder
• Tenacity and fantastic follow through

Annual compensation range: $67,500 OTE uncapped ($50k base/$17.5k variable)
