Fee Analyst

We’re seeking a Fee Analyst to join us. This is a remote position. 

As a Fee Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing fee request alerts, charges held in data capture under issue description no fee defined, and monitoring and management of client’s fee data.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain client fee schedules
• Conduct updates and maintenance of fees including but not limited to fee schedule by client specific instruction
• Communicate professionally with client contacts to obtain, confirm, or clarify fee information and ensure requested updates are implemented correctly and within established timelines
• Assist in projects as required or assigned by the department

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One or more years of experience in fee analysis, pricing, billing, financial operations, data maintenance, or a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate client fee schedules and records
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data-management or financial systems
• Ability to interpret and implement client-specific fee instructions accurately and promptly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to obtain and clarify fee information from client contacts
• Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve fee-related issues
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and other departments
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential client and financial information
• Flexibility and willingness to assist with departmental projects and other assigned responsibilities
