What You Can Expect

As Head of APAC Field Marketing, you will shape and own the regional marketing strategy that fuels pipeline growth and revenue across one of Zooms most dynamic markets. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and execution, where your decisions directly influence how Zoom grows across the region.

About the Team

Our APAC marketing team is a curious, collaborative group working at the intersection of global strategy and regional execution. We partner cross-functionally with Regional Inside, Outside, and Channel sales to build local marketing programs that deliver pipeline and revenue impact. We also work closely with Global Marketing teams to translate and extend global campaign frameworks into locally relevant programs that drive growth across APAC. The team values bold thinking, a customer-first mindset, and the kind of ownership that drives real results.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the APAC Field Marketing strategy, adapting global integrated campaigns for regional relevance while driving customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
• Build and deepen relationships with ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen Zooms value proposition, expand market awareness, and generate new business opportunities
• Cultivate a growing network of customer advocates across industries, activating them for events, case studies, webinars, media opportunities, and peer-to-peer prospect engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and conduct ROI analysis to continuously optimize the regional marketing portfolio and demonstrate business impact.

What Were Looking For

• 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including proven leadership of an APAC field marketing organization
• Track record of building and executing regional marketing strategies that align with global campaigns and drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Customer-first mindset with deep familiarity with the APAC customer journey and regional market dynamics
• Hands-on, strategic leadership style: equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up your sleeves to get things done
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, and executive stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across diverse audiences
• Results-driven with high attention to detail, sound judgment, and a demonstrated ability to own outcomes and drive decisions in a fast-moving environment.
